I get motived by my interest in the subject and my desire to understand stuff in a lot of detail. It’s also really rewarding to see your work make a difference and result in something useful. Like a new product in the shop. So even if I don’t like it, or find it boring, when I know what the ‘end game’ is it motivates me to carry on and do well.

The knowledge that the harder we work the more likely we are to find something out that could really change our world.

I’m super passionate about reconnecting us with our food and trying to recreate a sustainable farming community through both small scale sustainable agriculture and new technologies such as cellular agriculture.

I know that one person alone cannot change the whole world by themselves, however together we can be the ripples that make a movement 😀

I get motivation from the competitive element of always wanting to find a better way or find an edge in the market place. I am passionate about how we develop new products and how quickly we can launch them into the marketplace. I also find inspiration from working with other people who are really good at their jobs and set high standards for our project teams

I like to get involved to a point where I know “I helped to make that!”. It’s a very visible thing when you work with food and people really know what you make. I also love the sense of accomplishment that comes from overcoming a challenge.
