      Hiya!

Every day is a challenge, whether it be a technical engineering challenge or a political farming one. I really get to use my noggin! However it is also incredibly rewarding. I not only get to use engineering and what I have learned to create a more sustainable future, but my team and I are able to spread science, tech and food knowledge around the world. I am able to work with some of the brightest scientific and engineering minds, as well as the likes of the most forward thinking independent farmers, innovative artists and imaginative chefs.

My long term drive is to irradiate factory farming, but also to teach people about where there food comes from, final healthy plant based diet options and help us regain transparency in our food. I feel that between us we can start a ripple in the pool that will hopefully shape our future for the better.
